What is a session musician?
|
Session players are an extremely select group of individuals who may be called into the studio to play on recording sessions. Whether it be music, tv, or film, the musician comes in and adds his expertise to the project by intrepting the music through the eyes of the producer and/or artist. The job is challenging and (financially!)rewarding!! It is a very respectable position. These musicians can play anything and everything, on the spot...perfectly!!
